A crash involving three vehicles temporarily shut down northbound Highway 99 in Sacramento on Tuesday evening, May 20, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 5:45 p.m. near 12th Street.
A Caltrans traffic camera showed traffic at a complete stop near South Oak Park by 6:00 p.m. as emergency crews responded to the scene.
