A two-vehicle crash causing a person to be trapped was reported in North Highlands, Sacramento County, on Thursday afternoon, January 30, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 4:45 p.m. at the Elkhorn Boulevard and 28th Street intersection.
