[05-13-2026] Fresno County, CA – One Injured in Four-Vehicle Crash at Willow and Herndon Ave.

One person was injured following a four-vehicle crash near the Fresno and Clovis boundary on Wednesday afternoon, May 13, 2026.

According to the Clovis Police Department, the collision occurred around 12:45 p.m. at the intersection of Willow and Herndon avenues.

Authorities stated that the crash involved three pickup trucks, including one towing a trailer, and one SUV. One pickup truck traveling westbound on Herndon Avenue attempted to turn right onto Willow Avenue from a lane that was not designated for right turns. Another pickup truck towing a trailer then collided with the turning vehicle.

The impact caused a traffic signal pole to collapse, damaging an SUV and another nearby pickup truck.

Officials said one adult was transported to a hospital for treatment. All drivers involved remained at the scene, and investigators reported that driving under the influence was not suspected.

Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
