[03-01-2026] Fresno County, CA – Pedestrian Injured After Being Struck by Vehicle on Clinton and Yale Ave.

A pedestrian was injured after being struck by a vehicle in Fresno on Sunday evening, March 1, 2026.

According to Fresno Police, the incident occurred at around 7:53 p.m. at the intersection of Clinton and Yale Avenues. 

Officers arrived at the scene and spoke with both the pedestrian and the driver. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police said the driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation. Authorities are looking into whether drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash. 

It remains unclear who is at fault, and the investigation is ongoing.
