A 51-year-old woman, Dianna V., was killed when struck by a vehicle in Westminster on Tuesday night, February 24, 2026.
According to the Westminster Police Department, the crash occurred around 11:00 p.m. at Bolsa Chica Road, just south of Garden Grove Boulevard.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. Dianna V., identified as a transient, was pronounced dead at the scene.
