At least one person was killed in a two-car collision in French Valley, just north of Temecula, on Sunday night, November 10, 2024.
The California Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred around 8:18 p.m. at the intersection of Benton Road and Van Gaale Lane.
According to witnesses, a white sedan allegedly ran a stop sign and struck a white Toyota Camry. The sedan sustained significant front-end damage and may have caught fire.
The Riverside County Coroner’s Office was called to the scene at 8:46 p.m. to confirm the fatality. Other injuries were reported, though further details on the individuals involved were not immediately available.
The incident remains under investigation.
