A two-vehicle crash involving a gray SUV and a gray sedan was reported on eastbound State Route 76 near Via Monserate in San Diego County on Tuesday evening, October 28, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 6:29 p.m. when one of the vehicles struck a center divider wall, blocking the right-hand shoulder. Debris from the collision was scattered across the lanes.
CHP logs indicated that the driver of the SUV was “limping,” but no major injuries were reported. One unit was assigned to assess damage to the concrete divider and clear the roadway.
The investigation is ongoing.
