[10-24-2026] San Francisco County, CA – Two Injured After Vehicle Strikes Building on Francisco St.webpTwo adults sustained minor injuries after a vehicle crashed into a building in San Francisco on Saturday night, October 24, 2026.

The crash occurred in the 2800 block of Francisco Street, between Larkin and Polk streets, rupturing a residential gas line.

Emergency crews evaluated both adults at the scene. Neither required hospitalization.

The San Francisco Fire Department issued a temporary shelter-in-place order for residents in the 2800 block while crews responded to the leak.

Pacific Gas & Electric crews shut off the gas, and structural assessment teams inspected the building for damage.

Late Saturday night, fire officials announced that the incident had been resolved and lifted the shelter-in-place order.

The San Francisco Police Department continues to investigate the cause of the crash.

What A Lawyer Can Do For You

Many victims put off calling a lawyer even if they sustain injuries after an accident. However, lawyers can help you in many ways. They can provide you with police reports, CCTV footage, and witness statements to strengthen your case. Your attorney will also negotiate with insurance companies to get you fair compensation. The best part is that they will do all of these things for you at no upfront cost. So if you’re injured in an accident, hire a personal injury attorney to recover medical bills, car repair costs, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
