Eight people sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious after a red SUV collided with a pickup truck in Orosi, Fresno County, on Monday morning, September 8, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 6:00 a.m. near Hills Valley Road and Floral Avenue.
The SUV, traveling on Floral Avenue, failed to stop at a stop sign at Hills Valley Road and entered the intersection, where it was struck by a northbound pickup truck. The impact caused the SUV to roll onto its roof.
All eight occupants of the SUV were injured, and one person was airlifted by helicopter for further medical care. CHP did not release details about the condition of the other occupants.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
