A pedestrian was killed after getting hit by a vehicle in south Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon, August 14, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the tragic incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. on the northbound Harbor (110) Freeway near Slauson Avenue.
Initial reports suggest that the pedestrian may have been walking on the freeway at the time of the collision. There is currently no information available regarding the identity of the person who died.
