A rider was killed after a multi-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle in Palmdale on Saturday night, August 10, 2024.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the crash was reported around 8:00 p.m. on 47th Street East, near Avenue S.
The collision involved four vehicles in addition to the motorcycle. The motorcyclist was rushed to a nearby hospital but was declared dead upon arrival. The identity of the victim has not been released.
Four other people were involved in the accident, but their injury status remains unclear.
No arrests have been reported at this time. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
