Two juveniles were transported to the hospital following a traffic collision involving two vehicles in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Wednesday morning, June 4, 2025.
The California Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred just before 7:40 a.m. on South Mission Road near Sterling Bridge.
One of the involved vehicles, a white sedan carrying a mother and two children, was reportedly smoking at the scene. A blue SUV was also involved, with the incident partially blocking the intersection.
Emergency crews, including the fire department, responded due to the risk posed by the smoking vehicle.
No further information has been released regarding the extent of injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
