Minor injuries were reported after a drowsy driver crashed into two vehicles on southbound Highway 41 at Mountain View Road in Fresno County. The crash occurred on Tuesday morning, January 21, 2025, causing a colorful scene with spilled paint.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-vehicle collision happened around 10:30 a.m. when the driver fell asleep at the wheel and rear-ended a car and a delivery truck stopped at a red light. The impacted car was transporting paint, which splattered onto both vehicles and the roadway.
Thanks to seatbelt use, CHP reported that only minor injuries were sustained by those involved. No arrests were made in connection to the incident.
