A man in his 30s was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Reseda, Los Angeles, on Friday night, August 22, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the collision happened around 8:00 p.m. on Victory Boulevard near Belmar Avenue, a few blocks west of Tampa Avenue.
Authorities said the victim had just exited the driver side of his parked vehicle when a westbound black compact SUV veered right and struck him. The SUV fled the scene, continuing westbound on Victory Boulevard before turning north onto Corbin Avenue.
Paramedics arrived and pronounced the man dead at the scene. His identity has not yet been released.
The investigation is ongoing.
