One person died following a two-vehicle crash in Lawndale on Monday morning, August 11, 2025.
According to the South Los Angeles Sheriff’s Station, the collision occurred around 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Marine and Mansel avenues.
Two sedans with severe damage and debris scattered across the roadway, including a detached door from a black Hyundai bearing a JLM Environmental logo.
The intersection was closed as authorities investigated the scene. No additional details have been released.
