A pedestrian is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in Sacramento on Tuesday morning, August 5, 2025.
According to the Sacramento Police Department, officers responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian collision around 6:00 a.m. on Sheldon Road near West Stockton Boulevard.
The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with critical injuries. Police confirmed that the driver is cooperating with the investigation.
