According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at approximately 9:02 a.m. at East Bidwell Street and White Rock Road.
Dispatch radio communications confirmed that a man was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The cause of the crash and the roles of those involved have not been determined.
