A two-vehicle crash was reported near the Interstate 15 north on-ramp in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Wednesday afternoon, July 9, 2025.
The incident occurred around 3:45 p.m. in the westbound lane on the east side of the Mission Road overpass. According to initial reports, an SUV rear-ended a pickup truck.
