A three-vehicle crash caused major traffic delays on northbound Highway 101 in San Luis Obispo on Wednesday evening, June 11, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 4:52 p.m. near the Madonna Road off-ramp. The collision involved a blue Dodge pickup truck and two minivans.
Authorities dispatched three tow trucks to the scene. By 5:01 p.m., the #1 and #2 lanes were closed, with traffic redirected through the on-ramp lane. The #2 lane reopened at 5:27 p.m., and all lanes were fully reopened by 5:49 p.m., according to CHP.
Traffic remained slow-moving for a time between Los Osos Valley Road and Madonna Road. The crash is under investigation.
