Three individuals were injured, including a 13-year-old, following a four-wheel ATV crash in Clayton on Thursday evening, June 5, 2025.
According to the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, the accident occurred just before 6:00 p.m. on Oak Hill Lane. Emergency crews responded and found three patients injured. Two of the victims were airlifted to area hospitals, while the third was transported by ground to John Muir Hospital in Walnut Creek.
Officials stated that two of the injured individuals, including the teenage victim, were in critical condition. The teen was flown to Oakland Children’s Hospital.
Authorities have not yet released details on how the crash occurred. The incident remains under investigation.
