A male bicyclist was injured after being struck by a vehicle in the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento County on Monday afternoon, May 26, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, officers were dispatched at approximately 12:31 p.m. to the intersection of Watt Avenue and El Camino Avenue.
It is unclear what led to the crash. The bicyclist sustained injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, according to dispatcher radio communications.
CHP continues to investigate the cause of the incident.
