Multiple people sustained minor injuries in a six-vehicle crash involving a suspected DUI driver in the Pacific Beach neighborhood of San Diego late Friday night, May 9, 2025.
According to the San Diego Police Department, officers responded to the crash shortly after 11:00 p.m. on Garnet Avenue near the intersection with Everts Street. Upon arrival, they determined that one of the drivers involved was under the influence and placed that individual under arrest on suspicion of DUI.
Police confirmed that several occupants suffered minor injuries. The exact number of those injured and additional details about the collision have not yet been released.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
