Two people were critically injured, and two others sustained non-life-threatening injuries following a multi-vehicle collision in the Westlake community of Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon, May 4, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the crash occurred around 12:29 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Olympic Boulevard. Firefighters arrived at the scene and found two adults trapped inside their vehicles with critical injuries.
Emergency crews extricated the two critically injured individuals and transported them to a local hospital. Two other people with less serious injuries were also taken to the hospital for treatment.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
