One man was killed and another person was injured following a suspected DUI multi-vehicle crash in Stanton late Friday night, May 2, 2025.
According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, the collision occurred around 11:00 p.m. in the area of Magnolia and Pacific avenues.
Emergency personnel responded at approximately 11:06 p.m. and pronounced one man dead at the scene, while another individual was transported to a hospital for treatment.
Authorities reported that one motorist attempted to flee the scene on foot but was arrested a short distance away on suspicion of drunken driving.
The crash remains under investigation. No further information has been released at this time.
