At least one person sustained minor injuries in a three-vehicle crash on northbound Highway 99 in Sacramento on Tuesday afternoon, April 22, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred just before 4:00 p.m. near Fruitridge Road.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and blocked at least one northbound lane of the highway.
Traffic camera footage from Caltrans confirmed the lane closure as responders worked to clear the scene.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
