Minor injuries were reported following a three-vehicle crash on Sunrise Boulevard at the American River Bridge in Gold River, Sacramento County, on Thursday afternoon, April 17, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol traffic logs, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene at around 5:30 p.m. after receiving reports of a multi-vehicle collision.
The crash resulted in lane blockages on the northbound side of Sunrise Boulevard, with multiple lanes closed as of 5:51 p.m. to facilitate emergency response.
At least one individual sustained minor injuries in the incident. The exact circumstances leading up to the crash have not yet been determined.
CHP officers are investigating the cause of the collision.
