A two-vehicle crash was reported in Rancho Cordova on Thursday afternoon, April 3, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol traffic logs, the collision occurred around 3:35 p.m. near the intersection of Grant Line Road and Douglas Road.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, and a radio transmission from the Elk Grove police dispatch confirmed that authorities temporarily blocked southbound lanes on Grand Line Road to clear the roadway.
The cause of the accident remains unknown, and it is unclear whether any injuries were reported. Drivers were advised to expect delays and seek alternate routes.
