[03-26-2025] One Person Airlifted After Rollover Crash On Sheep Creek Road In PhelanOne person was trapped while another was ejected following a single-vehicle rollover crash in the unincorporated community of Phelan in San Bernardino County on Wednesday evening, March 26, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at around 6:12 p.m. on Sheep Creek Road near Yucca Terrace Drive. The rollover involved a white Jeep that lost control for unknown reasons and overturned multiple times. The vehicle came to rest roughly 50 feet off the roadway in the desert area east of the road.

CHP logs indicated that one occupant was ejected from the vehicle while another was trapped inside. Emergency responders from the San Bernardino County Fire Department came to the scene and requested an air ambulance due to the severity of the injuries.

Mercy Air landed at the nearby Stater Bros shopping center and transported the injured individual to Antelope Valley Hospital for further treatment.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Authorities are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact them.
