A 23-year-old man sustained a serious leg injury after being struck and pinned by a vehicle in a suspected DUI crash in Miramar, San Diego, on Saturday morning, March 15, 2025.
According to the San Diego Police Department, the incident occurred around 8:40 a.m. in front of a business at 9532 Miramar Road.
The victim was replacing trash bags when a driver attempting to park drove forward over a curb, pinning the man’s leg to the wall.
