A brush fire at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego has expanded to about three acres as of Monday, January 13, 2025.
According to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department, firefighters, supported by two water-dropping helicopters and multiple fire engines, are actively working to contain the slow-moving blaze.
Authorities confirmed that the fire currently poses no immediate threat to any structures.
Efforts to fully extinguish the fire are ongoing.
