Two pedestrians were injured after a vehicle struck them and several parked vehicles in a shopping center parking lot on Case Road in Perris on Saturday afternoon, December 21, 2024.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the incident occurred in the 3100 block of Case Road.
One pedestrian became trapped under a vehicle and was extricated by emergency crews. They were transported to a trauma center with moderate to major injuries.
The second victim sustained minor injuries and declined further treatment at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
