At least one person was killed after a motorcycle vs. vehicle collision on Soquel San Jose Road near Old Turnpike Road in the Santa Cruz Mountains on Wednesday morning, December 18, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred shortly before 10:00 a.m. and prompted the closure of a portion of Soquel San Jose Road.
Authorities have not released details about the circumstances leading to the collision or the identity of the victim.
CHP officers are actively investigating the incident.
