According to reports, the crash occurred around 6:45 p.m., causing significant traffic backups in the westbound lanes.
Emergency crews were at the scene, and a person was being loaded into an ambulance.
Drivers are advised to take alternative routes while authorities investigate and work to clear the roadway.
