One person was killed, and another was injured after a single-vehicle DUI crash on Silverado Trail south of Yountville Cross Road in Napa County early Sunday morning, December 8, 2024
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at approximately 1:06 a.m. when a southbound Toyota Tacoma veered off the road, struck a tree, and overturned.
The passenger sustained fatal injuries, while the driver, 23-year-old Stefan B. of St. Helena, suffered minor injuries. The driver was treated at Queen of the Valley Hospital before being booked into custody at the Napa County Detention Center on suspicion of DUI.
