A motorcyclist was airlifted to the hospital after a crash in Rio Vista on Sunday afternoon, December 1, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the motorcyclist was struck by a vehicle on Highway 160, north of Highway 12, around 2:00 p.m.
The motorcyclist suffered major injuries and was transported by helicopter to a nearby hospital.
It is currently unknown if drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash, and authorities are continuing their investigation.
