A male pedestrian, identified as Francisco D., 35, was fatally struck by a vehicle near the intersection of Phelan Road and Bellflower Street in Hesperia on Thursday night, November 21, 2024.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Hesperia Station, the incident occurred at approximately 11:05 p.m. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene, but the pedestrian was pronounced dead upon their arrival.
California Highway Patrol logs indicated that a truck and a white van were observed parked on the shoulder approximately 30 feet from where Delgado’s body was found in the roadway.
The investigation into the collision is ongoing and is being conducted by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Hesperia Station.
