A 77-year-old woman was tragically killed in a vehicle crash in Morro Bay on the afternoon of November 7, 2024.
Morro Bay Police officers arrived at the intersection of Beach Street and Market Avenue to find the elderly pedestrian lying in the roadway, where she was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, a 53-year-old resident of San Luis Obispo County, remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The victim’s identity is being withheld pending family notification. The Morro Bay Police Department is investigating the crash and requests that anyone with information contact them.
