A man died from injuries after being struck by a vehicle in North Sacramento on the evening of Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
Sacramento Police Department officers responded to the crash around 6:00 p.m. in the area of Bell Avenue and Norwood Avenue.
The pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died despite life-saving efforts.
The male driver involved in the incident remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. Police have not released the identity of the victim.
The crash remains under investigation.
