[10-18-2024] Two Pedestrians Injured After Being Struck by Hit-And-Run Driver in Kensington NeighborhoodTwo pedestrians were struck by a hit-and-run driver in San Diego on Friday night, October 18, 2024. 

The San Diego Police Department responded to an emergency call at 11:09 p.m. in the 41000 block of Adams Avenue in the Kensington neighborhood. 

The authorities learned that a white sedan was traveling northbound on Kensington Drive when the driver eventually turned right on Adams, where the 31-year-old male and 32-year-old female pedestrians were hit as they were walking southbound.

The police report states that the unidentified driver drove off east on Adams Avenue. The female victim sustained a pelvic injury, while the male victim sustained several abrasions. 

There were no reports as to whether alcohol played a role in the incident. Detailed descriptions of the suspect are unavailable. Investigations are ongoing.
