A two-vehicle crash occurred on southbound Interstate 5 in Sacramento on Friday evening, October 11, 2024.
Emergency crews responded to reports of the collision just north of Highway 50 around 7:25 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol online logs.
At this time, it is unclear if any injuries were reported; however, the CHP logs indicate that an ambulance was dispatched to the scene.
Drivers are advised to expect slowdowns on southbound I-5 as authorities work to clear the area.
