A 42-year-old woman, identified as Jasmine G. of Hemet, suffered fatal injuries in a rollover crash involving multiple vehicles on southbound Interstate 215 in Murrieta on Thursday, October 10, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred just before noon near Linnel Lane.
Authorities stated that Jasmine G. was driving a sedan that collided with a pickup truck towing a trailer and another vehicle, causing her vehicle to lose control and overturn in the fast lane.
Murrieta Fire & Rescue teams arrived shortly after and pronounced her deceased at the scene. The other individuals involved were evaluated by paramedics but did not require hospitalization.
