A 65-year-old woman, identified as Anna C. of Rancho Cucamonga, was fatally struck by a vehicle on Wednesday evening, September 18, 2024.
According to authorities, the crash happened at approximately 8:20 p.m. on Foothill Boulevard, east of Orchard Place.
Emergency responders transported the pedestrian to San Antonio Regional Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased at 8:56 p.m.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are currently under investigation.
