A 40-year-old man was injured after being struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run collision in Ojai on Thursday night, August 22, 2024.
According to authorities, the incident occurred around 8:42 p.m. in the 300 block of Lion Street.
The man was walking southbound when a gray Toyota Prius struck him, forcing him into a parked vehicle. He sustained moderate injuries.
The driver of the Prius fled the scene without stopping. The vehicle may have damage to its passenger side.
