According to the Visalia Police Department, the incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. near Caldwell Avenue and Ben Maddox Way.
Officers arrived at the scene to find the pedestrian already dead. They also found a damaged bicycle nearby, suggesting that the victim was biking when they were struck. No further information about the identity of the deceased was provided.
