Two women were killed, and four others were hospitalized after a two-vehicle head-on collision in Fillmore on Friday evening, June 28, 2024.
According to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department, the crash happened shortly before 7:00 p.m. along a rural portion of eastbound Highway 126, also known as Ventura Street at Clay Street.
Authorities stated that six individuals were involved in the collision. Two women were pronounced dead at the scene, but it is unclear if both of them were in the same vehicle. Meanwhile, four people were reportedly injured and were transported to the hospital.
