[06-24-2024] At Least One Person Injured After Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 99 At least one person was injured after a multi-vehicle crash in south Sacramento on Monday afternoon, June 24, 2024. 

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 4:32 p.m. on southbound Highway 99. 

Authorities stated that at least three vehicles were involved in the crash, but there are no exact details on their make and model. At least one person, whose name, age, and gender were not disclosed, sustained injuries in the crash. As of now, there is no available information on the extent of injuries and condition of the victim. 

The cause of the collision is being investigated. It is unknown whether drugs or alcohol played a role. 

Further information has yet to be released by the authorities. Police work is underway.
