One person was killed, while four others were hospitalized after a traffic collision near Los Alamos, Santa Barbara County, on Thursday afternoon, June 13, 2024.
According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the incident occurred at about 4:36 p.m. on northbound Highway 101, a mile south of Alisos Canyon Road.
The number of vehicles and people involved in the crash was not specified. How the vehicular accident happened, the circumstances behind it, and who was at fault remain unclear.
The authorities have since confirmed that the crash resulted in a fatality and four people getting injured. No further details were provided concerning the deceased individual as of yet.
