Two people were hospitalized following a semi-truck vs. vehicle collision in Mather, Sacramento County, on Saturday night, May 25, 2024.
According to the Sacramento Metro Fire Department, the incident occurred at about 9:42 p.m. in the 3900 block of Happy Lane, near the Rancho Cordova border.
The total number of people involved in the crash was not disclosed, but two people were said to have been transported to a nearby hospital with moderate to major injuries. It is still unclear if the injured individuals were from the semi, the vehicle, or both.
