[05-28-2024] Two People Injured Following Single-Vehicle Rollover Collision on Highway 29 Two people were injured following a single-vehicle rollover collision in Napa on Tuesday afternoon, May 28, 2024. 

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 2:30 p.m. along southbound Highway 29 near First Street. 

Authorities stated that a Honda Accord rolled approximately 10 feet off the road onto its side. An air ambulance was initially requested at the scene but was canceled in favor of using ground ambulances. 

Police said that a 6-year-old child suffered chest pain and was transported to an Oakland children’s hospital. Meanwhile, the driver sustained lacerations and was taken to  Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center. The current condition of both victims is unknown. 

The cause of the collision remains unclear. Anyone with information on the incident is highly encouraged to talk to the authorities. 

Investigations are ongoing. No further details were available at this time.
