[04-20-2024] San Bernardino County, CA – Passenger Killed Following Car Crash Along Interstate 15 Near Baker

A passenger was killed following a car crash near Baker, San Bernardino County, in the early hours of Saturday, April 20, 2024.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the vehicular accident happened at about 2:31 a.m. around Interstate 15 and Zzyzx Road.

A rear-seat passenger, later identified as 25-year-old Dajae J. from Spring Valley, was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of the incident.

The total number of vehicles and people involved was not immediately disclosed. Officers are still investigating the circumstances behind the fatal collision.
